The Shortening Shuttle® SS-709 is 49" long x12.2" wide by 8.5" tall with a 70 lbs/ 9.2 gallon capacity. It weighs 27lbs. This unit will fit under the BOTTOM of a fryer drain outlet LESS than 8.5" high and reach a disposal container LESS than 40.4" tall. Waste containers with openings set back from the edge more than 3.25" may require a Dumpster Extension to reach the opening. All Shortening Shuttles® are made of aluminum and carry a 1 year manufacturer's defect warranty.
