This Southbend Platinum P36D-BBB is a 36" wide, heavy-duty sectional range with (6) open-top burners and (1) standard-oven at the base. The Platinum Series heavy-duty range is designed for use by high volume commercial kitchens at restaurants, cafes, diners, and other foodservice locations. The unit has (6) patented clog-free, open-top burners that generate a heating power of 35,000 BTU per hour. It has a removable, welded steel top grates and a 9-1/4" deep front rail. The stainless steel front, rear, sides, and exterior bottom assures superior strength and durability.

The front and sides of this range are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
