The Star 5136CF is a 36"W Heavy Duty Electric Charbroiler designed for both high volume and reliability. This countertop charbroiler features heavy cast iron removable grates to provide top quality performance in the most demanding foodservice applications with years of maintenance-free operation!
The 36"W charbroiler is built with swing-up 3300 watt heating elements and has two types of heat transfer to provide even cooking. Both direct radiation from elements and conduction through the grates provide even heat distribution to maximize the cooking performance. The Star 5136CF has 6 incoloy sheath type heating elements that support high temperatures, providing high-speed char-broiling.This heavy duty electric charbroiler features long lasting chrome metal knobs that allow for infinite control of every 12" of cooking surface. It is constructed of a double wall with an enclosed bottom to prevent significant heat loss. The double wall construction is made of a welded steel frame with stainless steel top, front, and aluminized steel side panels for added durability. It features a 1" stainless steel wrap around splash guard and cool-to-the-touch "bull nose" front.
The 513CF Electric Charbroiler features a grease drawer for easy clean up. The removable cast iron grates, as well as the swing-up heating element assembly that can be locked in a vertical position, quickens the clean up process. The Star 5136CF also has a removable water pan to prevent excessive flair ups. It comes with heavy-duty 4" adjustable legs, creating a comfortable work zone.
