This Town Food Service Y-2-SS York Gas Wok Range is a perfect choice for any busy commercial kitchen. Featuring a heavy-gauge stainless steel chassis, the range is resistant to rust and corrosion. The front panel, side splashes, back splashes, and the (3) pipe 1" diam. work rack are also made of stainless steel. The sides are made of epoxy coated steel that adds strength and integrity to the overall structure. Moreover, the deck top of this range is made of 3/16" steel that is black epoxy coated for corrosion-resistance.
This York Gas Wok Range has each burner fitted with an individual gas control valve featuring an "L" handle for knee operation. The valves are made of solid brass and rated for high temperature operation. A 5" integral stainless steel on the front is provided with a removable stainless steel strainer basket. The 1-1/2" NPT drain connection is provided on the basket for optimum sanitation. A full-length stainless steel water cooling line with control valve is provided for the deck. The work/plating shelf on the range is 8" wide while the standing pilots on the unit have clog-resistant individual valves.
The unit has Chinese style "Swing Faucet" for each chamber that can be easily replaced from the front of the range. These faucets are pre-plumbed to make installation easier. A 1-1/4" NPT manifold is installed on the unit with a gas pressure regulator. The unit is available with flue risers and has a galvanized drip tray with each chamber. The chambers are fixed on 26" centers and a "ultralock" screwless backsplash that makes removal of back and side splashes. This unit has stainless steel legs with height adjustment bullets. It is design certified by ETL for conformance to ANSI Z89.11-2007 and NSF and/or ETL for conformance to ANSI/NSF-4.
