Features (3) Mandarin wok chambers with cast iron rings and a 20" Cantonese. Its chamber has a fiber ceramic insulation for heat retention. To provide maximum output with the help of intense heat, this wok uses (3) 16 tip volcano burners with 75,000 BTU and (1) 32 tip jet burners with 116,000 BTU. Galvanized drip tray at the bottom catches overflowing water so that cleaning is always easy at the end of the day.
Every burner of the Gas Wok by Town Food Service has its own main gas control valve with "L" handle that can be operated with the knee to turn it on/off. (3) 14" and (1) 11-1/2" Autoflow swing faucets can be easily activated by swinging them towards the user. These faucets can also be deactivated by pushing them parallel to backsplash on the wok and allowing the user to fill or rinse it in-between different batches. Cooling line assures a long-lasting performance by preventing the deck from overheating. Its 5" built-in sink with strainer basket is responsible for draining away excess water so that there are no food chunks stuck inside.
