The Town Food Service Y-1-SS is a one chamber gas wok range. It features fiber ceramic insulation with stainless steel sides. Cast iron wok rings are built for high heat usage. Each burner has an individual main gas control valve "L" handle for knee operation. This unit has a water cooled top. A Chinese-style swing faucet in each chamber is easy to replace from the front of the range. The one chamber model has a stainless steel perforated strainer in the gutter.
