Designed to enhance storage and preservation capabilities in high volume commercial kitchens, this Traulsen ULT27-L One Door Worktop Freezer is a compact and efficient station. The unit can be used to store frozen foods, cold desserts, fruits, raw vegetables, and prepare meals. The worktop, freezer door, and the outer sections are made of durable and easy-to-clean 22 gauge stainless steel material. The freezer is equipped to maintain temperatures between 0°F and -5°F. The left-hinged door on this unit has a hold-open feature that allows it to stay open past a 105° angle.
ULT27-L freezer offers an interior space of 7.35 cu. ft. which has a thermometer fitted in it for easy temperature monitoring. For the proper organization of products, there are two (2) powder-coated shelves included on the inside that can be adjusted at 1/2" increment. The entire unit features thick, CFC-free, polyurethane insulation that is foamed-in-place to ensure better temperature retention. The doors are fitted with magnetic snap-in gasket. Offering superior cooling capacity, the unit is fitted with an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator.
A set of four (4) 4" swivel casters are fitted on the freezer to allow easy maneuvering. This freezer uses the environmentally-friendly R-404A refrigerant that is circulated throughout the cabinet for effective cooling.
