The True TSSU-60-10 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table offers you plenty of space to prep and store ingredients for your sandwiches and salads. True's prep table comes with two (2) doors. Two (2) vinyl-coated wire shelves in each door are adjustable to accommodate pans of different measurements. These doors have a metal sheet interlock system to withstand their continuous closing and opening without any damage. To provide ample space for food preparation, there is a white-colored polyethylene cutting board to cut, slice, and chop ingredients. You can easily store all the ingredients in the insert pans provided on top that can hold ten (10) sixth-size pans. To keep these ingredients fresh, there is an insulated cover and hood on top that reduces condensation. The cutting board, hood, and cover are removable for easy cleaning.
