The Traulsen Undercounter Refrigerator is an excellent choice for kitchens looking to increase the refrigeration storage requirement without giving away the free space inside the kitchen. It features a front-breathing design to allow zero clearance installation in order to save a significant floor space. The layout of the kitchen need not be changed since the refrigerator can be placed right next to a wall or any equipment. To preserve the temperature inside the refrigerator, the cabinet is insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC polyurethane. The refrigerator has a standard full-length drawer handle with a gasket guard. The drawers with slides are made from 16-gauge stainless steel and its rollers with 1-5/6" diameter stainless steel. The drawers feature both, self-closing and stay-open features for user convenience. Gasket cleaning is simplified with the Santoprene® material in the gasket profile. The interior of the refrigerator is made of anodized aluminum adding strength and durability to it. The units come with (2) spacious stainless steel drawers to store prepared food and cold ingredients. Each drawer can hold up to (8) 1/6 size food pans with ease. The drawers come with the stay-open feature for convenient loading. A balanced, rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is used in this unit, mounted on the rear of the refrigerator.
