The Univex PM91 Prep-Mate™ Power Base is a versatile tool designed to slice, shred, grate, or chop food items quickly and easily. This commercial mixer power base comes with a prep container and lid to store the prepared food items. There is a rocker double pole on/off switch for easy operations and a removable key for protection against any unauthorized use. The 1 HP ball bearing motor with 1725 rpm rotation has a cushioning support to reduce operational noise and vibration. It comes with a 5', 16-guage, 3-wire, SJTO cord and polarized molded plug for installation. The Power Base requires 115V-230V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical connection.
