The Vollrath 40952 is a 12 " Heavy-Duty meat slicer. The slicer is intended for small restaurants or those with medium-volume operations. With a hard coated anodized, aluminum body and non-stick coating, drag is reduced and the slicer is easier to clean. Built-in sharpener reduces prep time and the adjustment knob allows for consistently cut slices up to 1/2" thick. Safety Hand Guard is mounted to carriage as well as a Safety cover under the motor.
