The Vulcan HEG72E Electric Countertop Griddle is a well-equipped product for commercial kitchen cooking. Each of its snap-action thermostatic controls gives the unit greater flexibility in terms of the variety of food items it can cook. The unit has a temperature adjustment range from 200°F to 500°F. The two solid sheathed elements and the thermostats at every 12" of width help the unit generate a total of 32.4 kW of heating power. Each pair of elements has an independent snap-action thermostat to ensure even distribution of heat on the entire griddle plate. Vulcan HEG72E has a 3/4" thick griddle plate made of steel which makes it suitable for lower production businesses. The front and side panels on the unit are made of stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability. The stainless steel construction also makes it easier for users to clean the exterior. For effective grease management, the griddle features 3-1/2" grease gutter that helps direct the grease into the grease drawers for disposal. Both 6 qt. grease drawers can be easily emptied for servicing purposes.
