Vulcan Mini-Jet Electric Mini Combi Oven

The Vulcan Mini-Jet is an electric and boilerless miniature combi oven. The oven is made of sturdy, stainless steel construction with a left-hinged door. The cavity holds (4) 12"x20"x2.5" or (6) 12"x20"x1" pans. The oven also features twin control touch and knob, auto reversing fans, automatic cleaning, and drain water tempering. Make consistency in the kitchen easy with the programmable recipes with picture or text display. The LCD display makes it easy for kitchen staff to read program options, as well as the recipes that can easily be uploaded via USB. Cool touch door with LED light strip reduces injury in the kitchen! Oven includes 4" legs. 208V, 3 phase. Field convertible to 208V, single phase or 240V, 3 phase.
