The interior features fixed pan supports and can accommodate (18) 18"x26" pans or (36) 12"Wx20"D pans. The non-insulated Vulcan VHFA18 is a mobile unit with a full size glass door for easy view of product without releasing heat from the cabinet. Top mounted, recessed control panel includes power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights to see that the unit is in action from across the kitchen. Requires 120 volt, single phase power supply. The cabinet has dimensions of 251/4"Wx303/4"Dx71"H. 225 lbs.
