This hot plate has a step-up style, i.e., the burners at the back are 4" raised and allow the chefs to access them easily. These burners include heavy-duty grates made of cast iron for a durable and reliable performance. Each burner is controlled by an independent heat control valve for customized cooking and preventing flavor transfer. The standing pilot ignition ensures quick ignition.
