This Wolf C36IRB-LP Salamander Broiler is designed to quickly and efficiently toast sandwiches, brown casseroles, melt cheese, reheated food items, etc. at busy commercial foodservice establishments. The stainless steel sides, top, and front of this countertop unit resists bends and scuffs, while offering protection from corrosion and rust. Designed for efficient operation, the unit can heat two products at once with dual heat controls. It is fitted with (2) ceramic infrared burners, each delivering 15,000 BTU of heating power every hour. It boasts a straightforward standing pilot ignition system to ensure quick and safe operation. This broiler has a 27-1/2" wide heavy-duty, chrome-plated grid.
