The Cleveland KET-6-T is a 6 gallon, countertop electric kettle. The kettle is easy to clean with all exterior surfaces being 304 stainless steel and a #4 finish. Water resistant controls and splash-proof construction. Large pouring lip for high capacity and chunky products. Re-in forced rolled rim design prevents damage to kettle rim eliminates "bar rim designs." Solid state temperature and low water safety control system in a conveniently located plug in module with LED indicators. Self-locking marine type tilting mechanism prevents accidental spills.
145°F to 260°F temperature range. Steam jacket filled with treated distilled water so that neither venting nor refilling is required. Rear mounted easy access pressure gauge and pressure relief value prevent tampering. Color coded easy to read pressure gauge with "green" and "vent air zone." Available in 208 or 240V, three phase.
