The Everpure EV9325-04 is the Insurice Quad-i4000² water filtration system for ice machines. This ice machine filter reduces problems caused by scale buildup from dirt and dissolved materials. The Quad-i4000² is designed to reduce chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants from ice, keeping drinks tasting great. Sanitary cartridge replacement is quick and clean. This water filter's exclusive precoat filtration micro-filters dirt and particles as small as 0.5 micron in size. The self-contained scale inhibitor feed keeps ice machines running at full capacity. Its manifold features water shut-off, flushing valve and outlet pressure gauge. The Insurice Quad-i4000² system is NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia by mechanical means.

Installation tips:
- Choose a mounting location suitable to support the full weight of the system when operating
- Never use saddle valve for connection
- Use 3/4" water line
- Do not connect system to water-cooled condenser
- Install vertically with cartridges hanging down and allow 2-1/2" clearance below the cartridge for easy cartridge replacement
- Flush cartridges by running water through system for five minutes at full flow
Operation Tips
- Change cartridges on a regular six month preventative maintenance system
- Change cartridges when capacity is reached or when pressure falls below 10 psi (0.7 bar)
- Service flow rate must not exceed 6.7 gallons per minute
- Always flush the filter cartridge at time of installation and cartridge change
