Jackson Dishstar® ADA-SEER Undercounter Dishwasher features steam elimination and energy recovery and is designed for ADA compliance, fitting easily beneath 34" countertops. It uses high-temperature sanitizing to ensure soiled dishware is thoroughly cleaned without leaving chemical residue.
The state-of-the-art steam elimination and energy recovery system utilizes a fan to extract hot water vapor from the chamber. The vapor passes over the interior coils, preheating the rinse water by providing a 40°F rise in temperature. The cooler vapor then returns to the chamber, condenses, and channeled into the wash tank. This process virtually eliminates the steam inside the chamber for operator comfort while recycling the vapor to provide energy efficiency.
