The Nemco 6205 Countertop Pizza Oven is suitable to bake pizzas in a short time. Designed for pizzerias, cafes, and dine-ins, this pizza oven can also be used for cooking different food items like biscuits, pretzels, pies, and cookies. This compact style pizza oven allows the user to place it anywhere in the kitchen without compromising the counter space. It comes with two (2) 19"x19" stone decks for uniform heat distribution that can be removed for servicing. These decks can hold two (2) 10", 12", and 18" pizzas. It has quick heat recovery system that makes it easy for the operator to prepare the next batch of food as soon as the first one is taken out. There are general cooking instructions printed at the front for user-friendly operations. Cooking cavity of the oven comes with 1" thick , high-temperature insulation for heat retention. An automatic ventilation fan is located at the base to prevent the oven from turning extremely hot. The unit is made from brushed stainless steel for durability. The oven base is made from galvanized steel which is easy to clean and maintain. Interior has a mirror-finished stainless steel construction to help prevent corrosion and rust.
