The (2) rear doors slide easily to load and unload food. The curved glass at the front and glass windows on either side offer maximum visibility to the customers. The cabinet of the showcase has an interior light to ensure brightness, even in dim environments. This unit includes (2) wire shelves that can accommodate up to 3.5 cu. ft. load. The temperature of the refrigerated cabinet is maintained between 32°F and 53.5°F to keep the food items chilled and ready to serve.
