The versitility of the Southbend S60DD allows operators to utilize three cooking functions in one piece of equipment. The 60"W commercial gas range features (4) cast iron burners, a 36"W griddle, and (2) standard ovens. The range is made with long-lasting, durable stainless steel construction with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. Removable 12"Wx12"D cast iron grates and non-clog burners makes the range easy to clean while the 36" griddle features a 1/2" steel plate with manual controls that is simple for opeartors to utilize. The removable grease pan keeps the griddle clean and minimizes the mess. (2) standard ovens are made with full porcelain enameled interiors to retain heat, while the two rack guides in each oven and the ability for sheet pans to fit front to back or side to side allows for flexibility in what is being baked. One rack included per oven.The spring doors feature a heat resistant, ergonomic, chrome handle to protect operators in a busy kitchen.
